    How do I order?

    Step 1: Adding items to shopping cart
    Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. When you have found an item/s that you would like to purchase, enter the quantity you would like to order and click on the "ADD TO CART" button. A display box will appear notifying you that the item you have selected has entered your shopping cart. This display window will disappear allowing you to continue shopping.
    Note:
    You have not purchased any products at this point. You can change product quantities or delete items later. You can abandon your shopping cart by leaving the Inky Co. website.

    Step 2: Your shopping cart
    To review the product/s you wish to purchase click on the "SHOPPING CART" button at the top right hand side of the website banner.
    To amend the quantity:
    •    Change the number in the "Quantity" box
    •    Select the quantity update button (the blue and green arrows).
    •    The cart will update your order.
    To delete an item from your cart:
    •    Click on the trash bin beside the product you would like to delete.
    When you are happy with your selections, click the "Checkout" button.

    Step 3: Sign In or Register
    When "Checking Out" you will be asked to Sign In if you are a returning customer or Register if you are a new customer. If you are a returning customer, please enter your username and password. These details were emailed to you when you first Registered or you may have altered them in "My Account" to your normal sign in details that you always use.
    If you are a new customer, please Register and complete all the fields marked with an asterisk (*). Make sure to check that all your information is correct before clicking the "SEND REGISTRATION" button.An auto response email will be sent to the email address entered in your Registration confirming your new username and password. The username is always the email address that you registered with. It is best not to change this username however you can Sign In and amend both the username and password details in "My Account". *Your username must be unique, it is how the website identifies you. Therefore you will not be able to use a username already in use by another customer.

    You should always read the Inky Co. "Terms and Conditions" when registering.

    Step 4: Checkout - Contact & Delivery details (secure area)
    Once you have Signed In/Registered you will be able to recheck your order and Billing Information. It is important that you check your order as we are unable to give exchanges, refunds or credits  after you have placed the order. We will not exchange or refund if you change your mind or have added the wrong product to your cart.
    You are able to add alternate Delivery Information (e.g. Gift Address) at this point if you require. Once you have checked your Billing and/or Delivery Information and you are happy to proceed with the order please click the "NEXT" button.

    Step 5: Confirm Order and Delivery method (secure area)
    You are given the opportunity to check your order again at this point. Please enter any coupon code that may be applicable at this time in the coupon field provided. A coupon code is a discount offered by Inky Co. via its various forms of promotional material (e.g. Website, Newsletter and/or Blog). This coupon allows you to receive the discounts deemed at that time, no more or no less. Coupon discounts are never available on reduced or sale items.
    You will also be required to pick a method of delivery. You have the choice between eParcel or Express Post. eParcel is registered post sent via Australia Post and requires you to sign for the parcel upon delivery (please see 'How long does it take for my order to be delivered?' and 'What are your delivery charges' for more information).

    Step 6: Payment details (secure area)
    You are required to enter you credit card details at this point. Please ensure that all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. It is always a good idea to check and recheck the information you provide us with at this point to ensure that it is 100% accurate. Please click the "NEXT" button to continue.

    Step 7: Review and submit your order (secure area)
    This is the last chance for you to review your order and check that all items and quantities are correct. Take the opportunity to review your Billing and Delivery Information at this point to ensure that the goods arrive to you in a timely fashion. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect details (please see 'How long does it take for my order to be delivered?' and 'What are your delivery charges' for more information). You can also add a note if required.

    Note: You cannot request special delivery times or locations other than the address you have provided (e.g. "place in my dog Lou's kennel" or "leave behind the gate" are NOT allowed). It is Inky Co. company policy that we will not, under any circumstances, leave the package unattended at your house. If you, a family member or housemate are not home to sign for the goods your parcel will go to the nearest Post Office.

    When we receive your order, we will always send you an automatic confirmation email with your order details included. Please check the confirmation order thoroughly.     How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
    Orders are typically processed and packed next business day. Our Australia Post dispatch leaves at noon each day, we will endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 11am on the same day. Please note: we try our hardest to pack orders out as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we aren't able to control the speed of delivery provided by Australia or New Zealand Post.
    Inky Co. is not responsible for the delivery times of products. Once the products have been dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the postage provider nominated by Inky Co. (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. Inky Co. shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery. It is Inky Co. company policy that we will not, under any circumstances, leave the package unattended at your house. If you, a family member or housemate are not home to sign for the goods your parcel will go to the nearest Post Office. If you or your representative chooses to opt out of signing for the goods then the liability to do so remains with you or your representative. Inky Co. is not responsible for your decision to use Safe Drop as an alternative to signing for the goods.

    Delivery in Australia: All orders are delivered within Australia using Australia Post. We recommend that you allow up to 7 days for Australian orders to reach you. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

    HOLIDAY PERIOD:Inky Co. closes in December each year for a 3 week annual break. During this period you can still purchase online. If you do purchase a payment will be made by you at the time of purchase. Your goods will be shipped within the first 7 days after Inky Co. returns from annual break via our normal delivery channels. Inky Co. displays the dates we are closed for annual break on the homepage of this website.

    Within Australia: Standard Delivery Rate, Flat $9.00 inc GST standard Eparcel delivery. Express Post Delivery Rate, Flat $15.00 inc GST Eparcel Express delivery.
    Free delivery within Australia for orders over $100 in value.

    Inky Co. will deliver to all Australian addresses. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post during the business week and your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address for delivery. Should you not be present to sign for the delivery a card will be left by Australia Post at the delivery address provided and your parcel will be redirected for collection at the closest local post office. Details of which post office will be on the card. A tracking number will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked on Australia Post's website. It is Inky Co. company policy that we will not, under any circumstances, leave the package unattended at your house. If you, a family member or housemate are not home to sign for the goods your parcel will go to the nearest Post Office.     You can create a wish list by adding items to the wish list (don't worry, you won't have to order them!). Once you've added your items you can choose to delete or move them to your shopping cart. You will need to first register on our site to be able to save your wish list.

    Inky Co. strives to provide our customers with quality products and services. We believe a happy customer is a loyal customer who will always come back based on satisfaction. Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product.
    Unfortunately, all sales made through the Inky Co. website are final. We are unable to give exchanges, refunds or credits, except in the case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment.
    Should an item arrive damaged by Australia Post do not sign for the goods or accept them. Australia Post will then return the goods to Inky Co. for replacement by return mail. All of products that are environmentally friendly and produced in Australia are so identified in their descriptions. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with an excellent delivery partner, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

Any risk will be passed to you and or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery.
