French artist Mathilde Roussel has created this evocative piece called Lives of Grass. In an attempt to show the life cycle of food and the human form, Roussel has sculpted human figures from recycled metals and fabric filled with soil and wheat seed. Her pieces, showing the growth and eventual end of the grass seed, aim to impress upon the observer the sensitivity of food cycles around the world - both the abundance and famine.

Some people are just amazingly talented, Loni Parker of Adore Home Magazine fame is definitely one of those people (and she's super nice to boot!). Lovely Wedding Magazine is Loni's new baby and it is pure eye candy. I'm many (many) years off marriage but I still can't help but drool over wedding blogs and magazines so it's nice to see a a great quality wedding magazine that is Australian-based. It's definitely worth a look and you'll also see a couple of Inky Co. favourites pop up like our yellow organza ribbon card, kraft gift tags and brown string.
